Overview As a Health and Safety Manager, you will lead and coordinate health, safety, hygiene, and environmental programs across the plant.
Key Responsibilities - Lead health, safety, and hygiene initiatives within the plant to strengthen prevention practices and ensure compliance.
- Develop, update, and implement EHS policies, procedures, manuals, and protocols.
- Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage contractor safety activities.
- Conduct regular inspections, verify safe conditions, and follow up on action plans.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and drills.
