Job Description
Job Description - Ensure implementation and compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on the construction site.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Carry out risk assessments and develop safe work procedures.
- Monitor and enforce site HSE protocol.
- Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to all personnel, including contractors and visitors.
- Lead and document investigations into accidents, incidents , and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, audits, and training sessions in accordance with legal and company requirements.
