HSEQ Advisor / Junior Business Partner
We’re partnering with a well-established Australian engineering and manufacturing business seeking an HSEQ Advisor ready to step into a Business Partner role.

This is a development-focused opportunity suited to someone with a solid foundation in HSEQ who’s looking to broaden their exposure across systems, audits and stakeholder engagement, with support from an experienced HSEQ leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leaders in meeting WHS, environmental and quality requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions
• Contribute to risk assessments, SOPs and risk register updates
• Support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems and audit preparation
• Maintain HSEQ documentation and systems (e.g. Skytrust or similar)
• Help monitor HSEQ performance and reporting metrics
• Deliver toolbox talks and support training initiative...
