Job Description: Summary: Provides daily management of badge issuance and/or PIV card issuance; ensures continuous workflow and performance of on-site staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Team Lead will schedule and assign duties to the HSPD-12 team and interact with Agency points of contact to ensure consistent management of personnel.

+ Create monthly schedule and ensure full coverage.

+ Provide reports and data as requested by the Agency.

+ Ensure newly assigned Badge Office Employees are trained in the processing of badging paperwork.
