Aureos is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our Energy division managing a team of Advisors working from either Bristol, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Swindon, Colchester or Slough.
The HSQE Manager will provide the provision of competent health, safety, quality (assurance) and site environmental advice. Ensuring inspections and guidance for the site staff and management team is carried out. Providing challenge where required and not walking by. Promotion of safe equipment, standards and method of working. Managing and mentoring of those under their control, developing areas where the staff can improve their skills. Showing the behaviours expected and leading by example each and every time.
This is a site-based role.
