Requirements

:
  • Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience

  • Preferably:
  • hold/held leadership roles in SCDF or SPF

  • with Emergency Medical Technician, HazMat, Marine or security background

  • have relevant certifications such as Fire Safety Manager, Aerial drone license or in security
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Passionate about innovation, readiness and safety excellence

  • Able to meet the fitness requirements of the job and can perform shift duties
