About the role
As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the operational delivery of maintenance services across Civeo’s owned Village. Ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially effective operations aligned with Civeo FM standards.

- Ensure appropriate staffing structures and rosters across all villages.
- Lead and coach functional leads.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
- Drive performance through KPIs aligned to Civeo objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Foster a values-based and engaged workforce.
Customers
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
- Improve customer satisfaction across villages.
- Identify growth and service improvement opportunities.
