Odisea Cultura is seeking a HubSpot / RevOps operator to support CRM management and data organization for our clients, with a focus on construction technology.

This position involves building workflows, managing data quality, and creating reporting dashboards. The role is part-time at approximately 30 hours per week and is based in Colombia, allowing for a flexible work arrangement.

Ideal candidates will have excellent English proficiency and at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
