The role
Human+ Care is the voice families and household professionals reach when it matters most — often at night, often when something's gone wrong, always when someone needs a steady, human answer. This person owns it.
You'll lead our night coverage from the Pasay office, 9 PM to 6 AM — answering virtual messages and calls when the rest of the world is asleep, and holding the standard for how MaidProvider.ph cares for people after hours. The work is remote in feel — phone, Viber, WhatsApp, chat — but you're physically onsite, where the records, the team, and the escalation path are within reach. As Human+ Care grows, this is the seat the team will be built around.
