Summary:
The Human Experience Analyst reports to . Under general supervision and within Lifespan established policies the Analyst analyzes evaluates manages reports and consults on various sources of team member and patient experience (otherwise known as the Human Experience). Statistically supports the evidence-based development and implementation of TMHs improvement agenda for patient experience and customer service.
