About the role

The HR Administrator will be responsible for first tier HR enquiries, onboarding, systems and administrative support to the People & Culture team.

The key duties will involve:

  • Providing support to all HR enquiries, including email and over the phone.
  •  Preparing regular compliance reporting.
  • Maintaining employee records across multiple systems.
  • Assisting with employee system access.
  • Manage change of employment processes including writing variations or changes in employment contracts.
