• Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography,
• Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment, Exchanges etc.,
• Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background, Verification, Negotiation Audit responses,
• Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
• Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA,
• Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, Respective Area,
