As a Human Resource Executive, he/she will manage a wide range of human resource functions, including end-to-end recruitment and employee life cycle for office employees. He/she will also be responsible for HR reporting and employee engagement initiatives, while playing a key role in driving employer branding.
What Awaits You:
Recruitment and Manpower Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and execute end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Regularly review and update job descriptions to ensure relevance to evolving roles and responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring timely documentation of all employee life cycle movements
