Job Description This role supports the organisation’s capability development agenda by implementing and managing HR development initiatives including learning and development programmes, engagement activities, and core HR management processes.
Responsibilities - Training : Support the end‑to‑end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation.
- Competency Development : Support the implementation of capability development (i.e. competency development) initiatives.
- Staff Induction : Support staff induction/onboarding.
- Engagement : Support employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design, communications and operations.
- HR Ops : Undertake any other ad‑hoc HR duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
