Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of payroll operations, including commissions, incentives, benefits, and claims
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals, bank reconciliations, and payroll reports
  • Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, government paid leave, and IR21 clearance
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local labour regulations
  • Generate payroll analytics reports to support compensation and business decisions
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness
  • Manage time, attendance, and leave administration systems efficiently
  • Serve as the main contact for HR systems and employee insurance matters
  • Administer employee benefits such as corporate perks and birthday vouchers
  • Support ad-hoc HR or payroll-related initiatives when required
