Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of payroll operations, including commissions, incentives, benefits, and claims
- Prepare monthly payroll journals, bank reconciliations, and payroll reports
- Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, government paid leave, and IR21 clearance
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local labour regulations
- Generate payroll analytics reports to support compensation and business decisions
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Manage time, attendance, and leave administration systems efficiently
- Serve as the main contact for HR systems and employee insurance matters
- Administer employee benefits such as corporate perks and birthday vouchers
- Support ad-hoc HR or payroll-related initiatives when required
