We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Admin Manager to oversee our human resources functions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people operations with administrative leadership.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, on/offboarding, training and performance management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement processes.
• Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, QA processes).
