• Extensive administrative work with provision of P-files, leave records, claims utilisation, salary and contract information for staff
• Manual work related to claims submission requiring multiple follow ups and verification due to high volume of transfer
• Counselling staff on off-boarding matters
• Working with institution to manage off-boarding
• Liaising with external stakeholders to bill expenses

• Min. A-level/Nitec/Diploma in any field
• No experience required, training is provided!
