Job Description
Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.
