Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Handle employee relations cases including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with labor laws
- Support performance management processes such as goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Provide guidance on employee issues and workplace concerns
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Support change management and organizational transitions
- Collaborate with HR COEs (Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver HR solutions
Qualifications
