Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage daily HR operations. The role includes recruitment, employee records management, payroll assistance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities
- Address employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
