HR Coordinator – Compensation

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This position supports compensation and HR systems, ensuring accurate data in our HRIS systems and providing administrative support for various HR programs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete bi‑weekly employee system changes.
  • Determine benefit eligibility and other entitlements.
  • Assist managers and staff with compensation, benefits, and pension questions.
  • Generate and distribute HR reports, compile and analyze data for HR reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate and complete year‑end processes.
  • Participate in system testing, process improvement projects, audits, and third‑party software help desk cases and resolutions.
