Job Description

The Benefits and HRIS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the set-up, administration, and day-to-day operations of the company’s employee benefits programs. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance (including ACA), and timely resolution of employee and vendor-related benefit issues. The position serves as a key liaison between employees, management, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient benefits operations.

3 days per week in the office, location Center City, Philadelphia

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support.
  • Knowledge of insurance and benefit regulations (including ACA).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience in ADP WFN preferred.
  • Close attention to detail with strong auditing and data integrity skills.
