Job Description

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment and selection process for operational (direct) and administrative (indirect) positions, including interviews and psychometric testing.
Payroll Administration:
Collect attendance records (absences, tardiness, overtime) for payroll processing and ensure that benefits and deductions are applied correctly.
Labor Relations:
Address employee concerns, manage disciplinary measures in accordance with the Federal Labor Law, and coordinate termination processes (settlements/terminations).
Training & Development:
Support the identification of training needs (TNA) and ensure compliance with training plans submitted to the STPS (Form DC-3).
Records & Onboarding:
Maintain up-to-date employee files and manage new hires, terminations, and salary changes with the IDSE/IMSS.
