Description
A well-established roofing and construction company is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of a growing workforce. This role will partner closely with leadership and field operations to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee development initiatives.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and knowledgeable about California employment regulations and HR best practices.
