For HR folks, this is a rare chance to build HR frameworks from the ground up in a company that’s scaling and hiring across engineering, operations, finance, and R&D.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Verify attendance records, any deductions prior to payroll submission.
- Maintain and update employee leave records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters
