Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions! As an HR Intern, you'll support talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement. This is a good opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process. Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions. Assist with managing both Recruitment portal (Job Street, LinkedIn etc.) & school career portal (Local education institutions).
Learning & Development: Register employees for training programs and workshops.
Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives. Craft HR announcements, birthday wishes, and other communications. Conduct research and analysis for HR projects, including developing AHL's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Plan and execute company-wide events, such as bonding ac...
