Role Responsibilities
HR Administrative Support
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Prepare onboarding materials and support administrative tasks for new joiners
- Assist in drafting simple HR documents, letters, and internal notices
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and activities that enhance the organizational culture.
- Manage HR communications through the company’s corporate platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting career fairs and fostering industry partnerships.
- Perform basic collation, reporting, and analysis of HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR team
