The role will focus on effective HR delivery aligned with global standards while supporting local compliance; responsibilities will include HR operations, employee relations and policy, recruitment and onboarding and day-to-day compensation and benefits and payroll oversight.

The ideal candidate should bring 10+ years of relevant experience in GCC/Shared Services/Global organizations.

Key Responsibilities Build the Foundation Establish core HR frameworks, governance, and operating rhythm for LDA.

Define organizational principles including structure, spans/layers, and decision-making clarity.
