Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with corporate HR frameworks and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees, ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes and employee HR transactions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining proper documentation and governance standards.
• Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
• Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.
