We are seeking a top Human Resources talent for Fem Care’s Auburn Plant in Maine, North America. Auburn is the world’s largest tampon manufacturing facility, producing 62% of the total tampons sold in North America. This site has over 550+ employees and is poised for transformation with significant investments and automation on the horizon. We are looking for a highly motivated, action-oriented Human Resources Manager to support this transformation and serve as the catalyst for key initiatives in recruiting, training and development, attrition management, and more.
