Reporting to Plant Manager and functionally to HR Head in Beijing. The job entails a full spectrum of HR and administrative activities overseeing section such as Recruitment, IR/ER, Payroll & Employee Services etc.
Taking lead in Strategic Recruitment that entails Employer Branding initiative. Managing the entire recruitment and selection process.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
