Ensure that all HR operations are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role is responsible for managing all HR-related processes, including employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, payroll, compensation and benefits, insurance, and employee relations.
Continuously review, refine, and optimize HR processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and overall employee experience. In addition to ensuring compliance, HR operations should be aligned with practical management needs and adaptable to the company’s growth pace.
