We are seeking an experienced Project Human Resources Manager to take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations on a large‑scale, complex infrastructure programme. This is a pivotal leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly operational environment.
This role is not purely strategic – you will be deeply embedded in the project, leading and delivering the full HR function on the ground.
Managing a team of 4 direct reports, you will ensure seamless delivery of all HR services while working closely with frontline leaders, project managers, and a diverse, international workforce.
The role will initially be based in Auckland CBD, transitioning to a site north of Auckland as the project progresses.
