JOB DESCRIPTION



The HR Manager / HR Project Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations while also leading key HR compliance and employee relations initiatives. This role will serve as the primary HR lead and will partner closely with leadership on critical HR projects, policies, and operational support.



This position requires a hands-on HR professional with strong compliance knowledge, employee relations experience, and the ability to balance tactical HR responsibilities with project-based initiatives.
