Position Purpose:

Leads Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations at facilities as required. Functions include Labor & Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning & Development, EEO/AAP, Benefits Administration, Best Talent Survey Action Planning, and proactive / positive Union Relations, and Compensation.
