Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
Assist with Chennai Payroll Processing.
Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters.
Maintain complete, correct, up to‑date, and accessible records for all employees in the P‑file and HRMS.
Manage HR‑related documentation (eg data entry, leave management, filing, and coordination of recruitment, training, and dormitory logistics).
Handle overtime records.
Assist in maintaining and updating employees’ leave application records in the system.
Assist with flight & hotel bookings.
Other admin duties as assigned.
