Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees
  • Administer employee benefits, pension, EAP, remittances, and WSIB processes
  • Ensure payroll compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and collective agreements
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide guidance on payroll-related matters
