Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning & HR Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Provide insights and guidance on HR practices, policies, and process improvements.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support across talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and engagement.
HR Technology & Digitalization: Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS (DarwinBox). Drive automation of HR processes and change management for digital adoption.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Forecast workforce requirements, develop hiring plans, and align manpower strategies with budgetary constraints.
HR Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
