The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an AFPC Classification compliance and resolution branch administrator for DAF wide human resources programs spanning multiple MAJCOMs, COCOMs, and FOAs. Responsibilities Performs quality control and compliance reviews of operational civilian human resource actions for organizations across the DAF Develops standard business processes and procedures relating to how Classification services are delivered to a variety of customers consistently across the DAF Resolution of high level inquiries and court directed Negotiated Settlements as directed by DAF and communicates and prepares complex correspondence on behalf of the DAF regarding the Classification program Provides advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees on Classification Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qu...
