Role Overview
We are seeking a highly seasoned and discreet Senior HR Specialist to serve as the primary HR Lead for our Indonesia operations. While the formal title is Specialist, this role requires the maturity and expertise of a functional head to drive the full spectrum of HR operations for a high-growth digital asset platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Web3 Talent Vetting: Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to evaluate high-level technical and crypto-native candidates; lead the cultural vetting and professional assessment process to ensure alignment with our decentralized mission.
- HR Operations & Payroll Excellence: Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing, tax reporting (PPh 21), and mandatory social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan) with 100% accuracy.
