Summary You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Labor/Employee Relations) in the Total Force Manpower Division of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. You will persuade others to take particular course of action to resolve labor relations conflicts. You will brief managers and employees on labor relation issues. You will collaborate with management and unions to resolve unfair labor practice charges, grievances, workplace issues.
