Responsibilities

• 外包劳工管理: 管理外包劳工供应商(包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等)。 1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management: Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
• 人才招聘与入职管理: 监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程,确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性,以满足公司的人才需求。 2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
