HRIS Administration and Data Integrity
Maintain all employee data in Success Factors with accuracy, including new hires, terminations, status changes, compensation updates, and reporting structure changes. Support Payroll Data input by working with internal People & Culture Team to ensure all changes are captured and communicated to Payroll. Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps; consolidate employee information from scattered sources into Success Factors as the single source of truth Onboarding and Offboarding.
