JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the HR Partner in the administration of employee-related HR policies,
including but not limited to timekeeping, benefits administration, and implementation, ensuring
that individual objectives are achieved, and all deliverables are met.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes and administers employees’ benefits claims such as sickness, maternity, and
insurance reimbursement.
• Verifies and submits the completed benefits documents (SSS, HDMF, Asianlife, BIR,
Philhealth) to Central Payroll (liaison officer).
• Prepares Request for Payment for benefits claims (SSS, medical reimbursement) and
Loan Recommendation.
• Prepares and releases all Government Certificates and Loan Remittances.
• Sends and updates Leave Balances.
