Summary About the Position: Serve as a Senior Human Resources Specialist specializing in recruitment and retention flexibilities and incentives to recruit and retain civilians in healthcare and medical occupations within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) enterprise. Position may be filled at Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX. This is not a virtual/remote position. You must live within or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance of one of the above duty locations.
