Overview
The Recruitment Supervisor oversees and manages the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, coordinating with hiring managers, recommending process improvement initiatives and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity; experience in hiring for both blue- and white-collar jobs is an advantage
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, negotiating and mentoring skills and can conduct training programs for direct reports
