HVAC Engineer FGASLocation: Near Brackley

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The OpportunityHays is working with a well-established facilities management provider to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer for a site-based role maintaining a largemercial estate.Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will join a small, professional HVAC team. While support is available, the role will largely involve lone working, so confidence, independence and strong technical capability are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems

Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns

Fault-find, diagnose and repair HVAC plant and equipment

Ensure all work ispleted within agreed timescales and KPIs
