HVAC Service Technician

Reports to the Service Operations Manager

Typical Work Hours: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Summary : The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. This position supports equipment throughout its full service lifecycle, including startup, preventive maintenance, warranty service, troubleshooting, and emergency repair. The role also includes communicating repair recommendations and maintenance needs clearly to customers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and quality workmanship. This individual should possess sound organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to work patiently and professionally in a service environment.
