**Job Description**

technicians with more complex repairs and system adjustments. The technician documents all work accurately, follows safety and environmental guidelines, and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in accordance with CMMS schedules, including changing filters and belts, cleaning cooling and heating coils, checking condensate drains, and lubricating bearings on pumps and fans.
+ Install and replace lighting ballasts and bulbs as assigned through CMMS work requests.
+ Assist the Lead Technician or Maintenance Technician III in the repair, adjustment, and maintenance of refrigerant systems, heat exchangers, HVAC equipment and systems, electrical systems, emergency backup systems, hot water systems, chilled water systems, air conditioni...
