**Major Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems
+ Perform routine preventative maintenance
+ Respond to emergency service requests
+ Perform all tasks independently
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

**Minimum Job Requirements**

+ Education: High school Diploma
+ HVAC School: 200 Hours Minimum
+ 80 hours of continuing education and/or pass the NATE Service (CHP-5) certification test
